Richard Russo / President and Creative Director of Hybridia Design had indicated a clear president about how ad campaigns convey their selling message to the target customer, If JCP aimed their ads and TV commercials directly to youths, would those youths respond by shopping in their stores. The answer is probably not, when comparing much cooler and connected retailers like Abercrombie and Fitch and American Eagle create the message and follow through at the store level.
