Joseph Keller nationally renowned chef and brother of Thomas Keller (internationlly renowned chef of French Laundry / Napa Valley, Bouchon / Las Vegas, Per Se / NYC) commissioned Hybridia Design to design a branding package for Josef's Brasserie.  This restaurant resides within the Alladin Hotel and Casino located on The Strip.

When working with Joseph on his inspiration for the restaurant, HD had clearly understood the direction was JJto be steeped in the rich cultural life of the French.  While the restaurant possessed a mix of textures provided by the cherry wood panelled walls, ceramic tiled details, velvet and leather, Joseph want to bump it up just a bit more by the introduction of three 12' x 5' murals, painted by Richard Russo.

The space was open and grand with architectural components separating the dining area from the bar.  The Zinc Seafood Bar carried its own character, however the main focal points were the open kitchen and the mural backdrop adjacent to the dining space. Each mural reflected upon traditional images . . . The French Chateau. . . French mountain countryside and French townsmen in formal garb.  Within each painting were camoflaged and other smaller paintings which told a story about Chef Joseph.  Guests could emmerse themselves into these murals to seek our these hidden images.

Hybridia Design designed the Josef's brasserie logo system and all of the collateral that supported the restaurants branding.  this included interior and exterior signage, stationery, business cards, plates, crystal glasses, napkin bands, butter stamps(used to imprint Josef's logo into butter segments), aprons, matchbooks, wine journals and menues.

This restaurant was the prototype for a franchise operation by Joseph Keller and partners
